Hari Castle Hotel

Overall I feel cheated. Since reviews were good so I booked but they were false in my experience. We talked on call for the family room for 5 people for the night stay since we were arriving at Amritsar at 2am. They said they will send a driver for pickup so we were not worried about that part but on reaching the station the driver first didn't pick up the call and then he told us to come by ourselves as he is sleeping. That was very disgusting on their part. And also we had to exit the railway station on the other side(platform no-7) on the previous instruction of the driver and it was scariest as it was like very empty and no person was there except for 1-2. When we reached the hotel anyhow by ourselves (auto driver we got was drunk and kept telling to protect our purse and mobile as anyone could snatch them), the room we got was a very small triple bed which was very dirty, with lock problem, bathroom was also not upto mark with flush issues. And on Asking for a different room since we were five people, they said we talked for the same and we cannot get any other room. And the owner present in the night, old person, was very rude. By requesting too much we got a spare mattress which was very dirty and there was barely any space in the room to put it there.😡😡😡 So it was the worst experience anyone can have. And I will strongly oppose to anyone even thinking of staying there.

A great place to stay when you are in Amritsar. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Locality is good. Behaviour of the staffs is also good. Definitely worth the money.

Very good hotel. staff, manager behavior are too good, but not restorent inside the hotel thats ok... Near railway station👍🏻

To be honest, you can't ask for more at this price. Their biggest USP is their service and their owners. They'd Make you feel at home providing you with every facility they can even if it means going out of way to please their customers. If I'd visit Amritsar A 100 times, I'd visit shree hari castle in all 100 of my visits.
