FabHotel Solace Inn

It's my first experience. Cons: 1) this place is still under construction and there was no lift on the hotel and rooms are on 2nd floor. 2) There is no kitchen in hotel. ( Also they provide food from outside) 3) They don't provide brush and paste ( as their staff said) 4) They don't have shower gel or bathing soap.( They provide hand wash shop for both purposes) 5) they don't provide electric cattle 6) they don't have good qualities utensils. 7) they even don't provide glasses for drinking water In short Amenities are very poor. Pro: 1) Staff was supportive, they provide early check-in as rooms were available.

Service is very poor. Need to improve a lot. Compare to room charge service is very poor. No water in the overhead tank. Could not get water 1 hr in the morning. After telling, they started pump for water. Sanitary is poor.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel is near to Golden Temple nd all shopping markets near to hotel .hotel staff is very cooperative nd good service by staff. Room is very neat nd clean new hotel open. All is very good.

Solace hotel in Punjab is one of the verry beutifull hotel clean n clear And staff are very active name as mani is very good person Such a beutifull wibes in hotel and staff Must do visit
