I was here with my wife and had a one day stay, room was good situated on a walking distance from Amritsar station, booked in 1100 with breakfast got breakfast at 9AM aloo paratha with curd and tea food was average overall a value stay

How bad is the hotel policy. My parents are old and are staying there for 3 days starting yesterday pathetic service. I paid 11600 for 3 days which means almost 4K per day and there is complimentary breakfast. When my father asked who is 65 yrs aged the guy in reception said. You cannot have eggs in breakfast urs is veg breakfast, paneer is costly so no paneer paratha. This is ridiculous service ? How are you running hotel service like this? No eggs for breakfast then what you supposed to eat only bread? And who behaves like this with senior people. I don’t know first of all why fab hotels is owning this place. With such a brand name we expect good service . I had booked via booking.com- right from the time booking was made they took my CC details too still sent 10 messages in 12 hrs to pay full amount. Which was then paid, but after that no confirmation from hotel. Now I booked with complimentary breakfast knowing there is like zero restaurants around what would people expect? Hotel to provide good breakfast but no this is the behaviour and policy that if you book from booking.com and pay 11600 you get only veg breakfast; god knows what kind of people are there were you can’t order paneer paratha as it’s costly. Slow claps man. I hope the manager see this review. Only the fact my parents had an early morning train that’s the reason I had booked this place as it’s opp Amritsar junction or would have never booked this place. Worst experience they are having honestly.

Bedsheet Blanket not clean, electric kettle and tea/ coffee kit and heating system should be provided specially in winter.

👉🏻I stayed in Good Spacious Room at an affordable price with friends.✅ (2 Days Stay, For Cleaning you have to just ask the Front Desk) 👉🏻 Spacious Washroom, Good Working AC etc.✅ 👉🏻Wifi doesn't Work in night. 🌃 ❌. Either they turn off the wifi or it doesn't connect in rooms (I had saved Wifi but never connected in evening room) 👉🏻TV, Cupboard, Table (2), Chair, Sofa, Mirror, Towels Available in Room.✅

The hotel is just 10mins walking distance from Amritsar railway station and popularly located as in cycle market. I stayed in double deluxe room. The room had one sofa & center table, Big wall mirror, table chair, woredrops, TV and AC facility. Washroom had quite good space and guesser. Staffs are also well behaved. Overall nice experience.

We had a two night stays at Fab hotel golden home nearby Amritsar Railway station in Jan’24. Following is the details- The room doesn’t have slippers, electric kettle and door mat. The beds were dirty and curtains were not cleaned. Upon asking, hot water was provided in a dirty flask which can’t be used. Hotel management expects people to stay without slippers at 10 degree celcius temp in Amritsar. Even the land phone was not intact. Overall a very bad experience. Will think twice to stay at fab hotel next time.
