Hotel PR Residency, Amritsar

Book only if u don't have enough money to pay for Hotel. Located n Ranjit Avenue Rooms r very big but Service is WORST They do not provide Dental Kits. Bathroom Sleepers, Soaps, even Towel u won't get until asked. We booked Room with complimentary breakfast paying more amount. But we used to get breakfast one hour after order. This is Winter Season and No Hot Water n Taps. Inspite of continuous complaints there was no action. At last when we fought with Reception Staff Room was changed. But there also next Day No Hot Water for bath. When we ate a day before by ordering food and kept used plates outside, till 1 day plates were not cleared and still lying besides our Room. As compared to other Hotels n Ranjit Avenue the Rooms r available n cheaper amount. And d rooms r very big. That's d only advantage. Rest everything is worst.

Absolute disgusting hotel. The pictures shown on internet are a total lie. The hotel is so old and infested by cockroaches and rats. I came to visit amritsar with my mother and booked this hotel for 2 days. My mistake was to book this hotel on full advance payment. I swear if i did see the hotel rooms before payment i would never have stayed here. Broken toilet seat, cockroaches everywhere, very pungent smell and the sheets n blankets stinks and had awful marks. Zero recommendation. Had to complain to change the room on the first day but guess what, the same conditions persist in the second room.

Being a Frequent Flyer, I have stayed in may hotels.. But this is the WORST hotel I have ever been to.. Room floor was sticky, cockroaches in room, bed sheet was dirty and smelling.Bathroom was dirty. Had been there in November 2024 and it was quite cold there .. but this hotel dint provide with HOT WATER. When asked they said wait for some time water will come... Total waste of money.. Don't ever stay in this hotel..

Absolutely terrible. The bathrooms are filthy, and half the rooms don't have ACs. Worst hotel I've been to in a while. The hotel management seems to take zero responsibility. The photos posted by this joke of a hotel are very misleading. Even the food at dinner isn't readily available. We came here for a school tour, and the rooms were absolutely filthy, and food and plates weren't available.

I liked its location and room size. But it had some other issues. Like there was a lot of bad smell on first floor near my room (1006). Some other issues like AC position, toiletries and all. Overall it is really good place, if they improve these little things.

No words required, the photos and videos can say everything. Dirty linen Stained Bedsheets and stained comforter (after returning 3 times one bedsheet was found that was clean) Cockroaches EVERYWHERE Rats No windows/natural light Poor maintenance Poor management

I had a very Bad experience, please don't book this place for now as this hotel is not healthy to stay at,housekeepers try to clean it but it's too ugly,almost all rooms have problem of wet and seepage on the walls, washrooms are not clean,flooring is dirty, beddings are old and torned from corners, mirrors are not clean &clear.I never had such experience before in my life

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are very cooperative and food also tasted good. Overall excellent service 👍
