SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar - Hotel near airport road amritsar

It was a pleasant experience, location was a little far from city centre but very peaceful and with a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. We didn’t book with breakfast room but it have their breakfast on our last day of stay and it was totally amazing and value for money. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful even the reception was quite pleasant and friendly.. all in all it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Worst hotel service ever. I stayed for 4 days on a corporate booking, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Service was extremely slow, often taking over an hour. For example, I requested a menu card and was repeatedly redirected between reception and the restaurant, only to never receive it. I had to order food from outside. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, and when I ordered, it arrived stale after 1.5 hours. While the rooms are decent, the service is pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel—better options are available along GT Road at the same price.

This property was a disappointment in terms of location as compared to its sister property near Ranjit Avenue that's a stone's throw from golden temple and all the main sightseeing and shopping areas. The rooms we got had no natural light or air (no windows or balcony), the location was in an area that was replete with high street shopping with no character of the flavour of the city or its famous dhaba culture. The detox water at the reception didn't have any glasses to consume 50% of the time and I saw a cockroach in the restaurant both where fresh plates were kept as well as where the tea and coffee was. Our room in the same spirit was crawling with ants near the tea kettle (which was unused). Food quality too was so so. Having experienced Best Western in Hyderabad as well, I feel this brand is losing the plot in India and other home grown brands are a better option to check out.

Fantastic Stay at Shore Stay Plus, Amritsar I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shore Stay Plus in Amritsar, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and provides a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a relaxed stay. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's parking facilities, which were convenient and secure, an important feature for travellers with their own vehicles. One of the highlights of my stay was the lovely courtyards, which added a charming touch to the property. These open spaces were perfect for enjoying a quiet moment and unwinding after a day of exploring Amritsar. Overall, everything about Shore Stay Plus was perfect. Whether it’s the excellent staff, the comfortable rooms, or the great location with parking, it ticks all the boxes for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar and will definitely be returning for my next trip!

Good stay It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. Good Hospitality shown by hotel staff. Hotel has neat and clean rooms. Recommended from our end. Good complimentary breakfast. Jashan deep singh served us very good hot breakfast and it was liked by all of us.

I recently stayed at “Surestay Plus By Best Western“ and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Amit Sir at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze. He ensured that my check-in process was smooth and answered all my questions with patience. The staff members were consistently friendly and attentive, they were always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch, making for a comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Stay was very comfortable and had good experience of hotel staff is helpful and clam at work rooms is have good view as we booked premium room in hotel. Breakfast served with multiple choice. Spacial thanks to front desk staff for helping me in sightseeing.

Very average hotel. Staff does not seem to care about the guests. Nobody there even to carry your luggage to the room. No valet service to park the car, you have to search for the parking an park yourself. Food is Ok, very small restaurant. Nowhere near to a 3 star hotel, more of a guest house type property
