Worst hotel ever.... wet carpet flooring..no windows to let in fresh air...air conditioner not working...very bad smell in the hotel room...went to the terrace and found an open air very very dirty kitchen . Cant imagine vegetables being cut there and used for cooking.... after seeing this I never ordered food in that hotel. The room was neither cleaned after the previous customer left nor before we checked into this room...proof..... found someones hair in the wardrobe and the toilet dustbin still had garbage....what pissed me off is that these were not cleaned even after complaining. The lady at the reception did not even know how to swipe a credit card... I was also never given a formal receipt for the bill even after asking for it... they said they dont give receipts...what? The location of this hotel is so away from the main city. Overall a very bad experience.... I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

Worst hotel in Amritsar having worst location , when we checked in at hotel at 11 pm asked him for some food he told kitchen is closed ,when i asked him to send someone to bring food from outside he refused by saying only 1 person is there in whole hotel even after telling him to take money for Auto ;hotel is also not having SANDWITCH ,COOKIES,COLD DRINK etc nothing is available after so many frustration we asked for Mineral water but he refused for the same by saying MINERAL WATER IS NOT AVAIL. you have to take normal water which was worst whole night we are thursty and hungry and at the end we gone for sleep with Dirty Blanket .

Hi Guys, By Stating this terrible stay is not enough to convey my worst stay ever. I pre-booked Deluxe room on this hotel a day in advance. When i approached reception, i was surprised that is that hotel or ICU ward why because i felt such bad ambiance. ||||Furthermore, when i enter my DELUXE room, i was so surprised that no one can make the room so dirty and named this room as DELUXE room.||||Guys, please avoid staying in this hotel.

This hotel is among the better choices for the city. located in the poshest area of amritsar. the main market lawrence road is few steps away. the rooms are very spacious and staff is helpful though the service is good buh can be better, food was excellent.enjoyed the stay.....

Travellers aware....... Don't go by the glossy pictures on internet. All photos are taken at the time of inauguration. No ventilation in rooms. Horrible linens and carpet. It shoukd be delisted from Trip advisory site...

the hotel ranks best as to the place where it is located.. the food is quite good but the cleanliness and the looks of the hotel which doesnt impressed me at all.. but the ambience of the function was good and overall an average hotel :)

Nice hotel to stay in. Very good location and good staff too with friendly attitude.Rooms are quite good and spacious enough.Restaurant is quite good and food is very delicious . I had a good time staying in the city and the hotel . keep up the good work.
