OYO 74643 Hotel Jass Residency

The people of the hotel used the fact that I can me late and was tired to lie to me, pretending that the hotel was really close to the golden temple and that it was really cheap. They sold me an overpriced room that was extremely hot telling me that at least they would give me a C form, which they are legally bound to do, without never giving it to me which put me in an illegal situation. Every day they asked me to come back the next one, sending the responsibility to a new person regularly to eventually completely stop answering my calls and messages. One of the worst staff I've ever encountered in my life, only concerned with money and not with the client satisfaction after they received their cash.

Nice hotel. We stay for two days there. Jass bro is nice n the way he tlk we never feel tht we r unknown to thm at night 2:30 we meet jass bhaiya at railway station n he sugest us abt his hotel. N the hotel is too gud room is gud n upto budget also. Service is gud. But for breakfast n dinner in walking distance u can find gud punjabi nonveg n veg restaurant also. They also provide service for car rental to visit different place lika vagaborder n other gurdwara saheb.
