Hotel O Gian Residency

If you are a girl don’t stay here . I stayed here in 2022 with my friend . And we both felt so unsafe here . They knocked our door at 11 pm. And not stopped knocking until we managed to call police . So if you are a girl don’t stay here . Today, I thought to review it as this is very important to tell. Worst experience of my life .

OYO.. PLEASE CANCEL YOUR LICENSE NOT RECOMMEND. One of the worst places to stay ever. Drunk people on the floor and in a verbal fight at the entrance. Unsafe for kids and ladies. Horrendously hygiene. Rooms were nasty and smelly. Cigarette burns on bedsheets. Hairs on floor. Please read the reviews and you will find better and reasonable rooms near by.

One of the worst hotel in Amritsar.I booked in Oyo app .That room owner said we are not accepting online nd Oyo also . please stay away from that hotel.Don't try to go also atleast bcuz full drunk people and not safe for girls, ladies and family.

Worst experience. Every thing was mess. Very small room, very small bathroom. Room quality was.very bad. There were holes in between as well. Mattress was also torn. Will not recommend Oyo to anyone in future. Geyser, TV, and AC was there, but there electrical connections was available at reception. So you have to request them every time to switch it on. There was No hot water in geyser even after keeping it on for 2 hours. Hotel was not suitable to stay with family.

This was the Worst stay i had ever experienced. No cleanliness and hygiene was maintained. Toilet, washroom and Room were very congestive. Toilet doesn't even have enough space to take shower. Washbasin tape was dislocated. Toilet seat and related equipments were dislocated. There was neither tissue or water sprayer available. TV was put just for the sake of it. Simply Playing with the customers money.

That was horrible day for me. i booked a room through OYO app. When I reached their the hotel owner deny and refuse to check in as they said all rooms were occupied and no one is free. I requested him what I can do...they gave me one mattress and said go upstair and sleep. I WAS SHOCKED... I was paid the full room price. OYO and this type of hotel owner is fully disgusting. I recommend no-one is going to this hotel. They always prefer offline booking so that big amount they can earn. I am going to complaint OYO for this hotel owner. Many hotel are not accept OYO online booking. This is the second chance for me.

The hotel persons are cheaters and fraud. Never go for it. I have booked the room online through OYO but when I reached the hotel with family, the hotel owner denied to alot me the room. He told me no room is available. When I asked him about the booking, he told me that I have not taken any money from you. Talk with booking company.
