I’ve always been honest with my reviews and always will praise a hotel but this was disgusting. ||On arrival I checked in and headed to my room they shown me my room and noticed the floor had not been cleaned and bathroom was an utter mess. The bellboy to be fair immediately got it clean. ||The room was small. ||The bed was disgusting the pillows stank and looked like it they hadn’t been changed in months the quilt & bedsheet were absolute vile. The air conditioning unit just threw out hot air luckily had a fan as back up. The bathroom also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Bed had loads of little bugs on them. Also got bit by mosquitos. ||People in other rooms just leave there used dishes along the corridor.||No lifts to get up the stairs.||I would never step foot back in this hotel. The staff were friendly which is the only bonus but after complaining about my room and not being able to sleep there was no offers of refund or even part refund.||

We were 5 people and were provided family room which was good. Clean room and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good, paranthas with curd. Hotel is nearby jalianwala bagh and golden temple. We walked to both the places and reached in 10-15 minutes. We reached at night so was able to get parking just outside hotel as it is located in busy market. Good for night stay.
