Great stay at the place. All the staff members were very polite. Very helpful as well whenever I needed any thing within 10 minutes I would get the help and resolve my query. The room was clean the surrounding and the hygiene was also good at hotel.

I had very worst experience here! I ll not recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the trip. Rooms are not clean. TVs don't work properly. Wifi network strength is worst. Toilets are stingy and on top of that, there are top many cockroaches in the room. I stayed here with my wife for a day and had very bad experience as the hotel staff did not look to sort out any complain. We had to check out early morning and search for other hotels.

Manager sushant singh is Very helpful , as well whenever I needed any thing they provided everything as soon as possible . The room was clean the surrounding and the hygiene was also good at hotel. Very good hotel nice location staff's behavior is very good . Room and bathroom was also clean . They provided everything as soon as possible. Overall it was great experience for us if you visit Amritsar must visit once hotel grand Navjyoti.

This hotels doesn't even deserve a single star as neither the room neither the service of the hotel was good! We were alloted a room on 4th floor which had more then 30 cocroaches in a room after number of complains we were shifted to 2nd floor where again there were cockroaches in room. Tv was not working properly. Reception staff was very rude! Even after complaining they used to say this happens. We also asked for some refund in money as we paid 1450 for a room which had too many cockroaches. Hotel staff refused saying that it ia ok even if there are cockroaches. Our trip was ruined due to this hotel.

Will choose Grand Navjyoti Amritsar everytime we are in Amritsar location in very near to Golden temple Food was great, Service was also good. Very humble and welcoming staff Recommended everyone to stay here😊
