Stayed here from 12/03/24 night till morning of 15/03/24. Clean rooms. Very good service. Kitchen is OK . Hotel's location is such that many food joints are nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended as a Budget Hotel in Amritsar.

We stay in family suite for 3 days there bathroom lock not working even after complaints it's not repaired. No room cleaning done in our 3 days stay . Bath tub is there but not working. They charge more 10% service charge on food menu rate which is not mentioned in menu card.but best thing is Staff is very good and cooperative .location is good .

Comfortable stay in hotel HK Continental. Modern facilities like WiFi , pick & drop welcome drink complimentary. Food we order was delicious & quick service. Owner is very polite and helpful care of every guest guide well. They also arrange taxi for Amritsar sightseen. Staff is corporate and response good. Hotel rooms are spacious & modern specially family suite with reasonable rates. Location of hotel in center of the city, you will every thing what u want & temples near too. I surely recommend this hotel in my circle.

We had to deposit 1000 rs at check-in time as security against hotel damages which we might incur, also they conveniently forgot to mention that a waterbottle is not complementary with our stay, and ended up charging us more than the MRP of the bottle. The hotel staff was very rude to us at the time of check out, even threatened us with action against us, without any mistake of ours, and refused to check us out till we gave them a good rating forcefully, completing a harrowing experience for us. Definitely not recommended to stay at this place. Suggest everyone to stay at a better hotel than this at the price they offered for a night's stay.

One of the worst experiences that I could have from a Hotel, a horror tale of deceits and false advertising. We booked this hotel through OYO for a night, since the reviews given were satisfactory about this place. Initially, when we were checking in, the staff was quite hospitable. But once we were checked in, things changed drastically. We had to deposit ₹ 1000 towards hotel security charges (their reason: it was refundable, and was being taken lest we damage something), which was a first for any hotel I've stayed in. Then they had reservations about outside food to be brought in our rooms, and it also was to be taken off from the security deposit we we gave them if we were 'caught'. Also, they conveniently failed to mention that the water bottle which they nonchalantly gave us with our room keys was not a complimentary commodity, and we ended up paying more than it's MRP. While checking out, that's where they showed us the true picture. The staff behaved pathetically, was rude with us and argued even when we were trying to avoid creating a scene, threatening us with action. When they finally calmed down after multiple requests to check us out because we were losing time, they refused to do so until we gave them a good rating on OYO, which was also a first, and confirmed why they had a good rating in the first place, completing a harrowing time for us, which gave us more problems than relaxation which we were seeking. Definitely not recommended to stay here, there are much better options for the money they are charging for a night.
