OYO Hotel Kapoor Residency

Don't Book this hotel Don't Book this hotel. So many Bedbugs (खटमल) on the bet. My back,legs and neck so much heart. Manager is very rude to behave. They charge for AC room but every 10 min they switched off and said electricity problem but all the rooms working fine because they give for couple for short time. TV isn't working. Bathroom was stinky.

Very bad experience bad rooms and cleanness and owner took extra money for rooms and also bad experience of oyo customer services they told me wait for 2 minutes we will call you later but i waited for half an hour but they didn't took any action for changed my room shame on you oyo services for making people fool #oyo

Worst experience with staying at this hotel. There was no staff while we were checking out. There is no parking facility. Water was not provided despite asking for it several times. The rooms provided not upto the mark. The issue with the room was that they were not cleaned, there were insects in the room, the window was broken and the door had no lock. While we were asking for a change in the room the manager was persistent on us paying extra amount. Not suitable for people with family and solo travellers.

Clean, tidy but very small||We stayed for 2 nights and felt that the accommodation was ok. The facilities were fine and the wifi was pretty decent, we could FaceTime home but movies or streaming was generally a no go. Our only criticism was the fact that the room was pretty small and noise from the road/train line may have been an issue for some but we managed to sleep well enough.

Worst experience... although the pre paid booking was performed by me before a day of stay, but nobody aware on the hotel counter about booking. When they came to know by my lots of efforts, then they changed the room type. After the discussion of one hour they agree to upgrade the room as per my booking. One more thing... I booked it through agoda but afterwards I came to know that OYO was responsible for booking. That was shocking because I paid to agoda. In short I will never recommend it. I suggest "Never pay before for it".

I wanted to rate ZERO but unfortunately it was not available. Room wasn't cleaned in ages.Bed was full of hair, god knows whose. Bedsheets were torn. AC doesn't have a remote. Staff unresponsive. Not one chair or table in the room. No sense of customer service.

Good rooms for couples. For families, not so much. Bathroom didn't have lights. No towels were given, water might have been, but we didn't ask. Nice place only for couple. No disturbances and affordable prices. Recommended. Not for families.

If the zero rating option was available I will definitely choose that as no cleanliness, no soap, no towel, I can say nothing, kindly talk to them if you have an emergency to live here.
