The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance to many popular attractions and restaurants. I also had the opportunity to attend an event at the hotel's banquet hall, which was beautifully decorated and had excellent sound and lighting systems. The catering service was also top-notch. We recently stayed at Hotel Narula for a day and night and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean, which made our stay relaxing. I've been a tour manager at LTE Holidays Mumbai since 2020, and Narula Aurrum has been my go-to choice for all group and private tours. Every stay has been fantastic, with guests consistently enjoying their time here. The rooms are spotless and hygienic, offering a comfortable ambiance that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The food is decent, and the hotel's location is excellent, with eateries, malls, and banks conveniently nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making each visit seamless. Kudos to Mr. Pritpal Ji for maintaining the hotel's beautiful decor and serene atmosphere

Very dirty hotel, breakfast not served till 8 and it's not in the same building. Stayed for 2 nights room wasn't cleaned and when I tried to get another bottle of complimentary water for the second night they played dumb and couldn't understand what I was asking. Floors outside the rooms are filthy, AC has no regulation just off and on. Towels should have been replaced years ago. Male desk staff seem intimidating.

Worst experience in rooms as they were not cleaned and there was smell of cigarettes and alcohols and there's no jetspray in certain rooms, they were charging for complement water bottles also... There is no hot water and no proper taps in bathrooms... Very worst hotel..

Our stay here was organised by our travel agent . The hotel was good but the front access is down large steps with a wobbly hand rail. Plus there were more steps leading to the lifts. The restaurant is not attached to the hotel and you have to walk a little on the street to get to it. The staff were friendly, the hotel is not as new as expected. There was only one towel in the room so we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. The breakfast was good, but definitely don't be in a hurry. The room we had was large with a decent shower over a very large bath tub.
