Service is poor and they wont allow you to make payment using discounts on app instead they will ask to make payment at hotel which is 5X higher in cash.

I booked the room via the Oyo app and also opted for early check-in when I went and asked for a room at 10 am they said it will get after 12 PM only. The receptionist or owner was rude and denied by saying rooms are not available. In the next 5 mins another person arrived and got the room by paying him offline. When I again went and asked then he said for early check-in I needed to pay him extra. As I was getting late. I paid him and got the room. The person is totally money minded. Rooms and room service is the worst. Ordered breakfast and they delivered it after 1 hr after several calls. I request you guys don't opt for this hotel.

Absolutely disgusting. Bedsheets stained. Mosquitoes everywhere. Balls of human hair on the floor. Sweet wrappers on the floor. Towel had hair in it. Bedsheets and pillows had hair in it. Owner wasted an hour of our time on the phone refusing to give a refund and make up excuses. Disgusting place and disgusting people.

10 mis walking distance from amritsar railway station. The room i got was not locking. Rest all is fine. Resonable price, affordable.

Very disappointed from the Rooms. Foul smell is coming from all the property. Don't want to see this property again.
