Hotel Western Galaxy

I used to travel a lot but this is the worst hotel I’ve even stayed. - Rooms are very small and dirty. - bed size is 5*6 ( not comfortable for couple) - they are using used bed sheet which is full of dirt , smell and hairs. - there is no privacy , your low noise conversation will lead to know the person standing outside foyer. - They are not providing toiletries, you have call receptionist even for toilet roll( lol) . - Exhaust fan is running like 90’s fan and sound like jet - the wall paint is untidy - bed head rest is dirty. - not recommend to anyone , even if you are single then prefer to stay a good hotel , don’t waste your penny in such junkyard.

Rooms are good. Booked delux room but management updated to super delux without intimating to us. At the time of check-in asked for more price and they don't even provide complementary water bottles. Booked for 3 person in a room, we need to force them to give extra bed and initially they were arguing for evry small things

Very cooperative staff's behaviour to his customers. Rooms are neat and clean and also specious. Nature of owner Mr. Harjeet Sing is very good. Most important that the walking distance from Amritsar Junction Railway station

They do not allow you to check in if you have booked pre paid from OYO. We have booked prior online, fully paid and on arrival they denied saying they are full. Truly unprofessional behaviour from their side and oyo. They give preference to walk in customer charging higher tarif. And even if they are full , online they keep showing that room are available. We have arrived around midnight and faced severe inconvenience searching another at that odd hour. Traveling from such far places and then facing such a thing is terrible and pathetic.

Rooms are okay.. but the service was disgusting... They charged 100 rupee for providing 2 plates and two small bowl as a cutlery.. i regret asking for cutlery rather i would have taken 3 plate and bowl set from the dmart for 110 rupees .. actuall cost price of the cutlery given was less then 80 rupee but only its use was 100 pathetic they will ask for 50% more then MRP for things like water and cold drink.. not even single bottle will be provided by them for free no glasses either. And also they are very good at manipulating i booked the room for 960 rupees from OYO. But the reception said that this room doesn't have 24 hour electricity connection so when electricity goes off you're appliances will turn off . So they took 1200 and upgraded the room with electricity where as in oyo booking.. it was clearly written that it has 24 hour electricity facility.. it was my second stay there but please be aware and ask for you right.

I booked from Oyo. Nowadays many hotels will not give you room in less than 900 aur 1000 rs. But they charge extra GST in the bill to earn some more money. I face the same problem in all the hotels of Amritsar. But room is good. And washrooms are clean to use.

Really very bad experience. Room was very small and all the taps were broken we requested the hotel staff to change the room but instead they changed the taps that just one. The bathroom was too smelly even the room. The ac was making noise like a cooler. Bad experience please do not opt for this place.

They never treat u like guests they treat u like customers… Very rude nd unfriendly.. Rooms were too small nd bathrooms were not cleaned properly.. Food menu rates were tripple compare to market prices.. bed sizes were small not even comfortable for single person no friendly welcomes no proper good bye or visit again gestures.
