I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent location, with easy access to local attractions. Would definitely stay here again! FAKE REVIEWS!! When you checkout they force customers to give them reviews right there in front so they can take photos. Not staffs fault probally some kind of quota that management targets. SMALL ROOMS I booked this hotel based on its overall rating but when entered the condition was not that good. Rooms are small for the price. LACK OF PARKING The hotel advertises it has parking, but it's just a basement where you can fit like 3-4 cars in a way that if anyone has to leave you cause a traffic jam on the street. At night the basement got filled by sewer water and the whole car stinks now which we would now have to get detailed. BUILDING CONDITION The pictures look too good but the building looks like is not getting maintained properly. Our bathroom was not clean enough, bed side doors just kept on opening at night made me hit my feet. We brought some snacks and drinks with us but the fridge just didn't cool, it was on but did not work.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was polite and helped with all the details. The restaurant food was delicious. Pls keep it up as always. Very quick & prompt response I got during booking & other assist from staffs. Thanks.

had a wonderful stay at Amritsar Hotel By Levelup! The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. Special mention to Navdeep from the staff, who was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient, and the amenities provided were great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar. Will definitely stay here again!

The only positive point for this hotel is it's proximity to the golden temple. The rooms are conjusted and don't have any windows. The rooms are dirty as hell. The hotel is situated in a conjusted area and if you are coming through a car the roads are very narrow to navigate. The hotel staff is uncouth and incompetent. Just avoid this hotel

We booked the room based on good reviews online but seem like these are all fake reviews or they are 50 years old. The hotel is very old, rooms are claustrophobic, no windows, cramped rooms, rusty bathroom and very small space. It felt very gloomy and sad even for a night. Bed was creaky and we left immediately in the morning and got another hotel. Waste of money and time. Do not believe the fake reviews and fake photos. Also entrance has steep stairs which is difficult for parents. While checking out, we were pushed for giving review, hence sharing our experience.

15 min walk to golden temple. Executive rooms at 2500 Rs if booked directly. Rooms are fine but bathrooms lack working shower. Bed size shown in photos as king size but beds are small size like queen size. Not fixed even after complaining. Expensive attached restaurant where tea and water costs Rs 100. Avoid their restaurant. They also have attached taxi service where they charge double rates like 2000 Rs to wagha border ( outside rate is Rs 1200 if you book from any taxi or golden temple side agents ) and airport taxi they charge is Rs 600 where outside taxi and Rapido charge Rs 350

The worst experience of my life. The service was in minus 5 rating. All the good ratings are fake. The rooms were as small as bathrooms and the bathrooms were like local toilets. The staff was not co-operating properly and was talking rudely with small kids. The only thing that was good, was the food.
