Hotel sallow international

went there few years ago. had booked it though oyo rooms app. hotel is situated near bus stand. though the hotel was not bad but the experience was not good either. AC had no remote, no wifi speed are still okay but not even basic amenities like shampoo, soap toothpaste was provided. even when they knew the room is taken for two people only a single towel was given. though towel n shampoo was given after we had asked but its definitely not the kind of service we expect from an "International" tagged hotel. besides, we just had a morning tea in the hotel, it was quick and was good.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sallow International which is part of HK Backpackers also in Amritsar and was deeply dissatisfied with the experience. The overall service and room conditions were extremely poor, significantly impacting my trip. Firstly, the room's amenities were not up to the mark. The geyser, an essential in the cold weather, was not functioning during both days of my stay. Despite multiple requests, the issue was not resolved, which was a major inconvenience. Moreover, the behavior of the staff, particularly at the reception, was unprofessional. The receptionist's manner of speaking was rude and not in line with the hospitality standards one would expect from a reputed hotel. This lack of professionalism was not only disappointing but also added to the overall negative experience. Another striking issue was the failure of the hotel to provide services that were confirmed at the time of booking, a week prior to my stay. This breach of commitment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management and customer service. The cumulative effect of these issues severely impacted my trip to Amritsar. The basic expectation of comfort and professional service was not met, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into a series of frustrations. I strongly feel that potential guests should be aware of these shortcomings before considering a stay at Hotel Sallow International.

Room service does not exist in this hotel. I think they dont want customers. After requesting 2 times they give us soap. No hand wash in washroom. No towel given.

The rooms were dirty like hell, bathroom was smelling was too dirty. Even the bedsheet & the blanket were not clean at all. I couldn't bear how anyone says that it's a 3 star hotel, even any lodge's room are cleaner then the rooms of sallow international @ Amritsar. Staff were very rude to me when I complained about the room & bathroom. I'll consider you all not to stay at the hotel sallow international.

I have 2yrs old son. Was very unhappy with the service. Pro-Staff was good, location oppo to bus stand. Con-No geyser,No kettle, No room service,No toiletries,No bucket, Staffs wake by 9 to 10am. Have to confirm breakfast 1day prior. Pls book rooms near Golden temple to avoid 50-100rs travel charges to city center.

The rooms are small dirty and stinky. It's beyond just dirty. cleanliness, unfriendly/unprofessional staff, and/or incorrect or unsatisfactory food/amenities. Never visit here with friends and family groups. Hotel service are not available.

While check-in receptionist told that Dormitory for 1 day(24 Hrs) @ 300 min later another service person told it's not for hours based Dormitory... If we checked-in today after 12pm(i.e., 7PM ) then next day check-out timing is 12PM, also lockers available @ 100/- again we have to pay... Service also not that much good... As it's a hotel outside food is not allowed... average service... Instead this We can stay in Golden temple at free of cost, where everything is available like nice food, clean bathrooms, 24/7 locker facilities etc... If u r a traveller, take locker and stay at Golden temple...
