Hotel Diamond Villa

The most worst experience I ever had I checked out only after couple of hours. Shower doesn’t have towels and soap. Room doesn’t have heater. TV doesn’t work. Owner lady was rude. Instead of taking nicely she said I can check out if I want. Strongly don’t recommend anyone go there.

The hotel seems to be far from the city centre. When I asked reception where I could get some decent food outside he said nowhere except at McDonald’s. That said enough for me. When I arrived and needed to shower after arriving from Delhi, there was no soap, no toilet paper and the towel was damp. There was also no hot water but everything was rectified after pointing them out. The room was reasonable and they supplied a kettle when I asked for it. Fortunately I had some tea bags and powdered milk from a previous hotel. The breakfast was very basic. The photos on their website as usual is very deceptive and I didn’t recognise most of them from the place I stayed. As usual the staff were helpful and did their best. |Not suitable for foreigners and I didn’t see a single foreigner in their guest book.

No drinking water available. Have to purchase bottled water at ₹30, (MRP:₹20)! No newspaper. No food (They get it via Zomato).

Horrible place. Rooms are small. I booked for three days but checked out after one day. No kettle as promised. No place to keep bags in the room. Staff could not do anything. Out amibience is attractive to fool the people. Staff is not professional.

Rooms are spacious and well interior finish. Services is poor. There is no bucket or soap inside the bathroom. TV not working. Food is average. Located near the main road which is only a pro for this hotel.
