Good. Clean. Attentive and helpful staffs very accommodating with request. Manager Gurjit was very helpful. Only setback on breakfast choices. Overall very good experience. Everyone is helpful. Gave us a free upgrade due to we were 3 of us.

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Room service was efficient.Staffs were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place in Amritsar. All the famous places are nearby. Also, the restaurant serves good food. Easy to the tummy and tastes good 🙂

Gurjeet ji was very cooperative staff at the property thank you so much for such lovely hospitality ||This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Amritsar as well as to the train station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night before continuing on to other parts of Amritsar

Best hotel in Amritsar we had a wonderful experience. Food, hospitality and staff is phenomenal.|The staff is very good. Rooms are large with extra space. Everything neet & clean. Gurjeet singh on front office was the best person I met in the hotel

We stayed in a suite and the experience was amazing. The rooms are spacious and good also the hospitality was good .staff is very friendly |We recommend this to everyone who are staying in Amritsar for 2 3 days . The property is very close to market area.golden temple in just 10 min ride from the property

Room cleanliness and hotel location is good. Housekeeping was very slow. They did not even came to take away dishes used for dinner. That was cleaned next morning. Also they charge 3 times for packaged water. Reception staff was rude as he ignored the conversation regarding the price.

Arrange your own transport between the airport and the hotel if possible. We enjoyed our stay despite a few surprises. The hospitality from the staff was great. The hotel is more of a 3 star stay for us, although we thought we were booking a 4 star.
