OYO Hotel Citi View Inn

Despite doing pre-booking, Receptionist staff says I will not get the city view room. Despite I am paying for city view room, Receptionist says its based on availability on the check in day Wondering then why we do pre book if there is no surety to get the requested room. I asked him is it booked on that day, check it. Staff said its not booked but we will see on check-in date. This is funny Staff said its as per the instructions of Inderpal Singh (MD) Strange

Great Service and Food. Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities. Staff is also very helpful. Nearby to all tourist spots and Strongly recommended.

Booked this hotel using OYO app but not even a single person met who would not mention that hotel is not good for families. Also hotel has no view of CITY nethier any closer to it. Family people should avoid.

Great facilities. Courteous and helpful staff. All tourist spots and famous eateries in close vicinity. 23 furnished rooms with all modern facilities.
