OYO 37774 Hotel The Great

Very bad hotel, here one of our valuables got stolen, they have no responsibility, we asked them to check cctv and they didn't, then someone working there must have stolen it, after leaving the room you can leave your bag here. They told us that we are responsible for things in front of the reception. When we came back we lost a precious thing and we didn't even have time to go to the police station as it was time for the train and no one should trust anyone there.

Worst hotel. No hot water. Staff is non cooperative and they liye at every movement.they have only fales commitments. not a single Electric plugs are working, was unable to charge mobile. TV is not working as electric plugs are not working. Cable connection is cut. No door mat at bathroom door.

We had a great, spacious room. Upkeep was perfect at this hotel, it looked brand new. Our bed was comfortable.

Wrost hotel.. Wrost room and toilets...worst service.. Never recommend very dirty property.. Nothing is maintained.. Very bad experience

Good place to live in. Service was also good. Only problem is with room size. Over all good for same family.

clean and hygienic rooms , neat and clean bedsheets, nice ambience and the most important thing staff is very helpful and polite.
