Amazing hotel to stay beautiful rooms very humble and helpful staff

Rooms were awesome, washrooms were cleaned, staff was polite and all services are ten on ten. I recommend you if you are visiting Amritsar, Punjab you can avail this hotel. For me it's 5 star.

I booked the hotel for my parents for their travel to Amritsar. The room quality and service wasn't good. They even told that there's no booking by their name and after a long wait they finally found the details. Fabhotels should improve their hospitality in case they have to grow. From what my parents had to experience, we are never going to book in fab hotels.

Pathetic experience. The room we got were very small, there was no hotel water in the room. Geyser needs to be switched on each time. Each time we have to inform the hotel that we have to take a shower now, so switch it on please. Which is very annoying. Also there is no window in any rooms from the hotel. The night reception guy (thin guy) was quite rude. The day reception guy (chubby guy) is very friendly. In the morning, we asked to change our room as we were not getting hot water even when informed the reception. The second room also was not that good, but atleast we got water. We have to inform the reception beforehand what we want to eat for breakfast. They do not have many options, only sandwiches and parathas. We will not go there again. The hotel is next to the motorway.

Very bad experience . The guy on the reception Gopal very vey rude . No internet , no kettle, no hot water , no lunch hall. They serve filthy breakfast in room .Don’t ever book this hotel.waste of money and spoiled days.
