Worst services! Unclean , AC not working , at the time of checkin must check their water cooler, variety of insects etc would be there. I will never recommend this hotel.

Nightmare Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This is by far the worst hotel I've ever encountered. The place is filthy beyond imagination; the rooms smell like an unmaintained public restroom. It’s clear the bedsheets and entire room haven’t been cleaned for what seems like a year. Staying here feels like stepping into a health hazard. The worst part, however, is the management. Shivom A, the manager, is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. When I tried to call him to report issues, he simply turned off his phone and ignored my concerns. Also the receptionist will go out after 10.30 so no staff will be there so you can't even complain for anything. If you're even remotely considering this hotel, don’t. Save yourself the regret. Check the real reviews on Google and beware – the reviews on OyoRooms seem highly misleading and 100% fake. You’ve been warned! Go through all the Google reviews again and think why everyone sharing this concern and then book.

Worst experience ever..... Hospitality is worst.... receptionist was drunkard.....dirty rooms....room delivery was too poor i have to ask three times for the food when room delivery boy came to my room he asked for the tip as GST on food at that time...we asked him that we will pay this food at the time when we will leave but he said that this amount have to pay before that to me....we know he is asking for tip .... but again in morning he came to our room asking for gst before paying amount before leaving. MOREOVER lights are poor in bathroom.

That was a longest day of my life. Dirty rooms, washroom not proper working, no mirror in washroom no water jet, no shower, blankets very smelly, bed sheets dirty, room smell very bad TV not working no wi-fi, defective AC. Uneducated staff, lot of disturbing. No buddy care you after payment. 20 times calls to staff but no buddy come overall very worsted hotel in Amritsar

***AVOID THIS HOTEL*** Hotel has pathetic service. Rooms were smelling so bad, was told someone has just checked out and yet to be cleaned but nothing was done and rooms were handed over as is once the payment was made. had to ask for bed sheets to be replaced twice as they had hair on it. Didnt looked like the bed sheets ever went to laundry. On the entrance it says a big red board for free breakfast but was told sorry there is no breakfast included but can be provided as additional cost which i still agreed to. Food took over an hour to arrive and completely Ice cold and rotis were burnt, when complained was told not much they can do but they will pass the feedback. No toilet paper, asked reception. no one turned up till next morning and when called again was told told wait few hours...really???????

Good hotel. Situated near the bus stand. Walking distance. And its not very far from railway station either. Spacious rooms and good looking interiors. But they charge for water (30 for a bottle) and also room service is quite slow.

Do not recommend this. Rooms are clean but service is very poor. Actually there's no service at all. Can't have water before 8 AM in morning. Why because kitchen is closed.so had to buy water bottles from them with price more than M.R.P Can't have extra bed sheet. Why ? We don't have one, they actually gave me used bedsheet after another people checked out. Can't have hot water for shower. Why ? Coz damn employee forgot to fill up water tank. Can't saw T.V. Tata sky is not working. No matteres at bathroom No toilet paper No bath accessories. Beadsheets are dirty, they don't even change it daily. Drinking water was NOT CLEAN !!!! After check out had to carry few of my luggage as they only had one person in service, other was standing at reception. I am veg, there was non-veg food dishes eaten by neighbour roomie in the lobby, smell was awfull it was there for whole night.(i even took picture). No damn given by hotel staff. Will never come back like ever.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are suffocating. The rooms and washrooms are full of smell. It is better to stay in another hotel rather than staying in this hotel. And also the room service is also slow.
