OYO Hotel C7

I had a paid booking on OYO I arrived hotel at 10:30 pm the manager of C7 denied my booking and said the Hotel doesn't have any tie-up with OYO if you want to stay here you need to pay the whole amount again... I had no choice I stayed there. Got my room on the 4th floor.it was very small plus next to the kitchen a bit noisy. The worst part AC was not working I called the manager he said if you need AC you need to pay a certain amount more. The manager was nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is not good because at night every auto and Riksha guy will tell you please don't use your phone someone will snatch it and keep telling a lot of stories. This is my experience.

Only hotel is the building. One of the first drawback is that there are no stairs for fifth and upper floor. There is no emergency stairs. You can see the difference after living in this hotel. Door locks are not working properly. Towels provided are of small size. Staff is not cooperating. Tea and eatables are of poor quality. Overcharging in bill is done. Rooms are not clean.

Room service guy stole Rs.2000 from my friend's purse when we went for golden temple. Food was expensive and tasteless. We didn't complain as we knew it would not help us getting the money back. Room are good but beds are not clean enough. Looks like someone puked on it. Average hotel. 1200 for a day was not worth it.

Rooms and staff quality is awesome, but the area is not good at night.

Clean rooms, good food and good staff. Hospitality was really good. Just opposite to water tank behind Amritsar bus depo, so easy to find. We mostly ordered vegetarian food (paneer and things) since 90% of the group were vegetarians. Lifts available. Rooms are smaller which makes it little difficult to manage if you have too much of luggage. Golden temple is nearby, by auto 2-3 minutes and avg. 20 minutes by walk. ATM is nearby (approx. 15 mins walk from hotel). Around 3 km from railway station (20-25 mins by auto). If you have early morning train, it is advisable to negotiate with local auto fellow a day prior which saves your time and worries. Hotel reception also arrange for local commute if you ask them to but I think it's a costlier option. In a nutshell, pleasant stay at C7.

Small but clean rooms.. hygiene condition Friendly staff.. considerate and helpful.. really liked the stay.. centrally located... would recommend it to everyone Hotel name is M M Castle

Don't safe area ... my new car damaged at night nd hotel staff not agree nd not adjust plz dnt visit

Good ambience. Very chic. The staff is very helpful . Strict about checkout timings . Can order anything and also provides laundry services. Good place for long stay .
