OYO Flagship 22332 Hotel ZS

Owners are cheaters and abusive. Bedsheets are dirty and unhygienic. They dis not provide water ask for extra charge for drinking water. In the mid of the night they switched off the ac when you complained about it owner starts behaving badly.

Very very very poor service... They are just thugs who are there to steal your money... They have tie ups with various other people for providing service, like when we asked for means of transportation to wagah border, instead of telling us they just booked the taxi which costs 1300 and the normal rate is around 500-600... Bedsheets are poor, no water is given by them and we came from golden temple late at night and they locked the hotel down... After several attempts when we waited around 30-45 mins outside in chilling wind, they opened it and said that who comes this late at night... And after that when we asked for a blanket, they said that they don't have any... You sleep according to your preference, we cant do anything about it

Great, comfortable stay here. Really modern newly built in the commercial district. Breakfast was also fantastic and the service overall was superb Rooms are clean and spacious and well maintained
