OYO 9055 Hotel Rich Inn

My recent hotel stay was incredibly disappointing. The room was unkempt, with a musty smell that lingered throughout. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets looked worn and unwashed. The bathroom had plumbing issues, and the water pressure was barely existent.To add insult to injury, the hotel charged an exorbitant Rs 30 for each opened water bottle, a fee that was not disclosed beforehand. In actual I will suggest negtive rating.

I think 1 star is more than what the hotel/property is deserve. Hotel owner is a cheater, in every way he is charging extra, even in food, water bottle. Also for service you have to reach out to the owner multiple times, then he will listen. And the time of checkout he will ask to show the mobile to check for booking id and he will submit five 5 star ratings and good reviews without your knowledge. I have already informed oyo multiple times. But no actions taken from OYO (@oyorooms) / X. Room is also not clean and what ever hotel picture is showing on every app, is totally opposite in reality.

Very bad experience. The owner took my phone to check out via Oyo app and gave 5 rating himself on the Oyo app. Probably this is how the hotel is 4.6 rated on Oyo The hotel deserves a 1 rating. Stinky bed sheets and washrooms. Denied extra blankets (it was so cold, we had to request multiple times) Don't book this hotel please. And don't trust the ratings on the Oyo app

Worst hotel I have ever booked from OYO. Arrogant staff behavior, initially not accepting oyo booking on specified price, however provided a room considering my tired condition with family. Room was in pathetic condition, too small, no vantilation ,having seepage all around, no cleanliness. Vast difference on photo uploaded on oyo with the actual one and at last I can't even rate it on oyo app , may be the staff has made it for me 5 star because he took my phone for checking out procedure for few minutes.

Hi Travellers , Please do not book this hotel and also do not use OYO app for booking hotels . Room are not clean and Rooms boys behavioue are very rude and services are very pathetic, This is not fit for family and No towels and soaps are kept in room and after requesing , only one towel they provided for each room and I had booked two room for 5 members . Only advatage is , location is very close to Bus-stand. .

Very unprofessional!!! Despite booking well in advance, the property owner denied the room at first. When we had a detailed discussion on the booking and process, he informed us that he can't let us check in as we have paid a lesser amount at the time of booking. Now, we have to pay an extra amount as per their standard room charges. Only then we can stay. My questions were simple: 1) If you don't let anyone check in at a lower price than your standard charges. Why would you show that price at the time of booking?? 2) Why does anyone book well in advance, when they have to go through such a last minute rush?? 3) You should have cancelled the booking earlier so that we could have checked other options, but why are you making this so annoying at the time of checking in only? 4) When asked for cancellation and refund, even for that they said it wouldn't be refunded now. For all those logical questions I got very unprofessional, unsatisfied and unacceptable answers. This was a nightmare for me facing such embarrassment for me and my family.

Rooms are very dirty, small and infested with bed bugs. Bathroom exhaust is designed in a way that the exhaust comes directly inside room. Avoid staying even if someone gives it to u for free. I don’t understand how it has got good ratings on OYO.

Worst experience.. worst hotel ever. Small rooms with no ventilation. Bedsheets were not clean.
