Our stay at Hotel Bindra Paradise in Amritsar was truly wonderful! The hotel offered excellent hospitality from the moment we arrived. The rooms were neat, spacious, and beautifully maintained, providing both comfort and convenience after a long day of travel. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely. Our family had a comfortable and memorable stay here — would definitely love to stay again on our next visit to Amritsar!

Amazing hotel with a wonderful owner! Spotlessly clean rooms, perfect location (Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and Partition Museum nearby), and great food options within walking distance. I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Bindra Paradise in Amritsar. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. The owner was extremely polite, kind, and very helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar for a pleasant, affordable, and memorable stay.

Forget the old reviews, this place has really leveled up with new management. Rooms are big, clean, AC chills properly, and you get hot water in the mornings when you actually need it. Watched KBC on TV. Early check-in fees are pretty normal everywhere, so nothing to complain about there. If a room’s open, the owner is chill and will usually help out, just ask nicely.

My room was 116 on third floor and there is no lift provision, staircase steps was heighed and this is the big task for up and down. So if u want to book this hotel first confirm ur room location floor. TV was not working I asked receptionist, replied service provider problem and during my stay couldn't resolved. Mr Roop Singh owner is more cooperative. Better point this hotel is nearby Golden temple. Service is Good,

One of the Worst Hotel Experience – Not Recommended at All Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the beginning, the experience was pathetic and one of the worst I’ve ever had. The owner charged us over ₹700 just for checking in an hour early, which is absolutely unreasonable. On top of that, his behavior was rude and completely unprofessional—he clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. The room was stinking and filthy, with no signs of proper cleanliness. There was a long power cut during our stay, and shockingly, no power backup was provided. Basic amenities like TV and Wi-Fi were not working, and the infrastructure was in a poor state overall. The vibe of the place was extremely negative—it genuinely ruined our day. We couldn't even tolerate it for 24 hours and checked out within 6 hours. I’m highly disappointed with Goibibo for listing such a terrible property. It really brings down their standards and affects customer trust. Avoid this hotel at all costs—especially if you’re traveling with family. No power backup Unhygienic, dirty rooms Rude and greedy owner and unprofessional staff Non-functional TV & Wi-Fi (poor network range) Poor infrastructure (Not hotel) Definitely not family-friendly Highly not recommended

Had a wonderful and awesome stay for 3 days ... owner was very helpful and cooperative... decent staff and property rooms were well maintained and cleaned ... distance to golden temple and market was just a walk away.... 5 stars for everything ✨️
