Did scam… After booking through goibibo receptionist was said that we didn’t receive booking confirmation from booking site so we don’t provide… On goibibo site they have kept property owner numbers but which were not properly owners numbers as receptionist saying… Please do not go there & don’t do booking from goibibo… This property staffs are doing scam and even after lots of discussion we didn’t get room as well as refund. They are scammer

If goibibo had zero rating I would have given that. I have booked this hotel 15 days on advance. On the day of check in when I called the hotel. they said they have no room available.. After lots of discussion, they provided me the room but not the same which I have booked i.e. 2 triple bed rooms. they have charged me for 2 triple bed rooms but given me 1 triple bed room and 1 double bed room. photo of extra matrix provided to me is attached. extra matrices was just a foam. how can they think that one can sleep on that matrices they have not even given extra blanket and neither provider towel. whatever I ask them they say not available the double bed room does not get locked even. hotel owner joginder is very rude Never ever book this hotel

I would like to give minis rating to goibibo. We booked this hotel 2 week before our arrival. And we get confirmation massage as well. But on the day of check in our room were given to other and when we had a lot of discussion with customers care and hotel owner they said they will be providing us room but not the same one (bedroom and triple bedroom) whereas we book 2 triple bedroom bcz of members. They agreed to give as extra bed but the matrix was not look like a matrix it's just a dirty tharmacole.No one can use that and we didn't. It's late midnight otherwise we found another hotel but bcz of late night and end moment we are not in term to denied the rooms. Even the maintenance is not good, no lock on one bathroom, they haven't provide extra blanket with extra bed, there is no towel, no soaps, they haven't change the bustbin begs as well. The experience was really bad

We took 2 rooms one for 3 days, one for 4 days. Rate ₹1600/- per day. Not concerned about price since toilet & rooms were clean. Service boy was very good & pleasing. But service was late. Not blaming the boy because it was difficult for him to serve all the customers single handedly. Management has to take the blame. No hot water available. No free drinking water available. Charging ₹30/- per bottle though MRP ₹ 20/- printed on the bottle. Our one family was dropped in the airport 13 km away in hotel's car and charged ₹ 800/- which is almost double charge. When we insisted for hotell bill at check out time, they refused to issue. That means they are not paying govt taxes also, but collecting from us. From our experience we don't recommend this hotel for any tourists visiting Amritsar.

Management was very bad no soap in toilet and bathroom , No blanket provided, They only have One Boy For whole Hotel for service. Room is not cleaned Full Of Hairs and Dirt, No Free Water They Charge 30rs/bottel.I don't recommend this hotel for Tourist You can have better options offline
