Capital O Hotel Divine

I visited Golden temple with my family and had to stay here as not many option for hotel booking were left and some hotels were even more worse. This hotel is unhygienic to stay, Poor housekeeping, dirty rooms, and linen are not even washed after use just flipped over and reused. Poor to no amenities. Mice and cockroaches would be your pets during your stay. Single star rating is too high for this place.

Worst experience in this hotel.The Guy of middle height wearing turban is a big shame on this hotel industry.They even dont know how to treat their customers.we went to there hotel for check-in ,Gave amount of 1,000 rs They gave us room of 207, as we visit to Room it was totally disgusting,Bed-sheet is a big mess . We asked them to change our room . but that guy rudely behave with us,threaten us throw out our louguage to the reception on just our request to change of room only .Dont know either he is owner or just a servent of this hotel but Just becouse of his behaviour we suffered alot . So i suggest to not to visit this hotel.

Very bad experience with oyo today at Amritsar. I felt so insulted and humiliated. It was terrible moment, i have booked hotel capital O 69624 Hotel Moments Inn, Amritsar. I paid booking amount online to oyo but hotel refused to check in, their behavior is very rude and unpleasant after contact to oyo customer care they changed the hotel Capital O Hotel Divine, Amritsar but they also refused to check in in this process i wasted my 3 hours and i mentally torture. Not recommend.

My stay with family at this hotel was amazing. Very near to golden temple. Love the hospitality by owner . Very cooperative staff.

Rooms are ok k not tat good people who check in direct walk in please avoid this hotel they will irritate to tat extend we should check out the room immediately i dono how they treat people who book online and ac doesn't works 24 hours they switch off it n say no electricity supply check out timing is followed strictly but there service is very poor! People don't have patience to read the whole review this is for you guys Please avoid this hotel !

Worst Experience. Geyser , wifi, led , ac and phone too Was not working and they took all the money in advance . I suggest each and everyone not to book this hotel . Seriously guyzzz please don't book or don't pay in advance.

1. Toilets were dirty more than trains, pathetic ugly and dirty room. 2. The process were high. 3. Geyser tap had earthng current.
