One of the biggest fraud hotel in near Amritsar temple. This hotel and the staff are fraud. They don't provide bill and staff are very rude. AC is broken Very poor hotel. No drinking water facility , provide water for normal jug and I requested plz don't visit 🙏

One of the biggest fraud hotel in near Amritsar temple. This hotel and the staff are fraud. They don't provide bill and staff are very rude. AC is broken Very poor hotel. No drinking water facility , provide water for normal jug or use bottel charge 40-50 rs , charges extra money for chake out time , not clean bedsheet and room , only interial decoration is best but all faculty is bed. Not at all recommend.

He doesn't talk properly, will behave well in the beginning, later the AC doesn't work properly, the tap also doesn't work, if he says anything he starts fighting

No mug ,bath tub,no water service in room, staf and owner nature was very rude,ask to pay extra charges for unnecessary things

Do not ever think of staying in this hotel..they are real frauds...they have kept many fraud agents everywhere to loot many innocent tourists...they will promise many extra services before check-in but will fight and force to pay much more during check out. Avoid this hotel at any cost..there are many much better hotels nearby

Hotel is fraudulent. A hotel agent was roaming on the streets telling us that he will provide accommodation. We believed him and checked the rooms. They were average and we did the formalities of checking in. We checked in the hotel at 2:30 AM in the morning and we were told by him that the check out is scheduled at 1:00 AM next day as promised. Later that evening the hotel staff compelled us to check out at 8:00 PM stating that the agent was fraudulent and it’s our mistake to believe him. If the hotel agent was fraudulent then how did he get access to the keys. We 3 girls and 2 boys were given two choices- rent the rooms for one more day (but we had the train at 1:00 AM that night and the rent would go to waste) or leave the hotel on our circumstances. Totally disappointed.
