Collection O Hotel Royal View

Had the worst experience with this hotel. I was here with my family of 12 members we had a 2yrs old with us. While checking in we paid 2800/- for 2 rooms a night and we got no specific amenities(toiletries,TV,dirty bedsheets) now while we were checking out they asked us to pay 800 as it got a tiniest stain. The stain was due to the 2 yrs old having loose motions and we on our side cleaned it. They claimed that it cannot get dry cleaned and we have to buy them a new one.....just for a tiniest stain caused by a 2yrs old....and the owner was misbehaving and closed the doors not allowing any of us to leave the hotel until we pay. I would like to add on they were charging 40rs for a bottle of 20rs. I was on a trip and we stayed in 10 different hotels for 10 days but this hotel and this owner definitely need to learn some manners. And lastly we were getting very late we had a flight to catch they agreed on 500rs for dry cleaning. I would never recommend this place and post this review using different devices.

Worst room service and reception support. They cut ac line in every 2 hours and even after multiple calls, there is no proper response, geyser is also not working in bathroom, condition of bed and sofa is worse. Door locks are not working properly. We ordered food from the hotel and it came nearly 2 hours late and not only this, they gave us the wrong order, then after multiple calls, we received our order with a further delay of 40 minutes. Please do not book this hotel, I had the worst experience even after paying a good amount.

Worst experience. I booked this through Oyo then they asked me to cancel it because we don't accept Oyo booking only direct payment in which they were charging extra. Somehow, as I was tired at that time I agreed and then the room the receptionist provided was not having tv, telephone, chair was dirty, bathroom shower was not there and then when I complained after some hours he changed the room. In that room also tv was not working but I didn't said anything. Then after sometime when I noticed that there is not soap in washroom , I complained again. Then after sometime 2 3 times he asked when you are doing checkout the monkey faced man at reception . I would recommend hotel owner if they would like to expand, change your management otherwise they will destroy that all. Baba mehar kare

The hotel experience was too nice. The lady sitting in reception was really nice, and the rooms and hotel location are excellent.

Enjoyed my stay. Room are clean and comfortable. Staff is too good. Service is good. Location is best thing of this hotel near to golden temple.

Rooms are of adequate size. Hotel building is new so interior is fine. But as with other hotels at this level, have to ask to change bed sheets. Hotel management claimed that room is ready and clean but bedsheets were full of stains and hairs😕 Also no bin in the room. Mattresses were nice and new. Building has lift access. It is located on good size road, not on some narrow street. You may park your car in front of hotel.

Rooms are spacious, hygienic and so much comfortable. Service is so good. Location is near to golden temple. Staff are so much friendly too us. Price is affordable. 4/02/2024

This is not a hotel. this is horror. This need a lots of maintenance. For Online payment u need to pay GST extra but u will not get a bill. @oyo Team - I booked hotel from Oyo. Then I was called by hotel and they asked me to cancel the booking from oyo and then book by directly contacting hotel.
