Hotel Shivaay Grand Amritsar

The room is hard to descibe. For starter is worn out. Everything was dusty, but the worst thing was the bedding, which was just dirty. After the intervention it was changed, but the cherry of cake was that room 303 has no mattress for the bed, so the bed is hard, just like you sleep on the board. On the entrance to the shower was dirty doormat instead of the towel. In the kitchen I asked for dinner for a dish without chili and pepper, no luck it was still too spicy. Only one good thing was the hot water in the shower. Overall experience not good and I wouldn't stay here ever again.

Very good hotel in this price segment. Very nearby to the Golden temple and staff is very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends coming for Golden Temple as i do every month. This property is better than other branded hotels in city.

We stay here together with my family. It is really good hotel for your family. Lift facility is available here. Room service is also available here. The hotel is situated near the Golden temple. Staff of the hotel is very friendly. Food is very tasty to eat

Hotel shivaay grand is very beautiful Room are very spacious. And neat and All staff are very nice and helpfull. Food is very testy to eat and golden Temple walking only five minutes

I recently stayed at Hotel Shivaay Grand and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Very Poor behaviour by staff including manager. Very congested room and foul smelling. Please avoid staying in this hotel. You may get another best hotel in this price.

Beautiful hotel shivaay food was tasty I enjoyed my stay Mr Sourav Kabir help alot with any request he is kind and polìte ovèr| all very comfortable stay and near to golden tample will come back again with family for sure all best to Mr sourav Kabir keep smiling

hotel shivaay amritsar is very nice hotel all rooms are very nice and neat and clean restaurants available food is very tasty to eat and golden temple walking five minutes far here all market near by and all staff very helpful and manager Mr Sourav kabir is very nice nature
