OYO 82489 Hotel SS

I lost my smartwatch in hotel. only two persons came in my room from staff side one is for change bed sheet and another for moping.when i complained to owner about my watch he says my staff can't do this. So I strongly recommended don't visit this hotel

Worst hotel ever I have been saw in my life. Worst staff. Overpriced cheap quality food. Doesn't even worth ₹500 and still charged me ₹2000 for single night with no room service and no support.

The worse experience here, Was staff members were not cooperative, they provide a stinky blanket, stinky room, they charged first and then doesn't provide any facilities. If you want to change the room they will not allow you to do so. Whatever you have deal with them they will not stick on it as we agreed on we hired the room for at least 6 pm but when you were roaming the city they would call you and told you they would charge you extra if you didn't leave the room before at 5 pm.😒😒😒

Don't believe on onwer and online and staf they took extra charge for ac before I deal with ac room ... No drinking water for family zero and not safe. Best for drinkers. Bathrooms unclen bedsheets not changed. Book on ur risk.

Worst service , rooms worst blankets were stinking, no cleaning were done when we enter the room, bathroom cleaning worst, i would never recommend SS hotel, staff is rude and there was no service. kitchen was also closed. Worst experience ever. No respect in the hotel.

So,they had wifi,,and after I asked the owner for the wifi password,,at first he was hesitant to give,and then when he gave he confused me as there were multiple routers,,, after I finally got connected to the right router with the correct password,,,the owner changed the password within few hours.. Cheap owner,,,I wouldn't have asked for the wifi password,,I only asked as I wasn't able to get any signal on my mobile phone,,the room that I stayed had no connectivity.

This is my mistake to choose this hotel for one night bad service they didnt provide drinking water for the customer and never asked for food and any important things 😡😡
