Hotel Solitaire

The worst hotel i ever stayed. Staff don’t have any manners . One of the staff try to came in my room without knocking when I asked why u were trying to come directly he said sorry I didn’t know someone is staying in this room and when we asked there manager why you’re staff is not knocking the door he replied sorry they don’t really bad experience at all. There’s no facility for room service. There’s no restaurant in hotel when we asked about the food they said they will bring from outside nd when we ordered the food from zomato in midnight the hotel door was locked nd the reception person was sleeping we had to wait for another 10 minutes to get our food also so many electricity cuts so annoying, really not recommend this place totally waste of money. I paid 6000 for 2 days but the room is average nd the bathroom is not cleaned at all. I really don’t understand for what they’re charging this much money really disappointed.

Rooms are good. Staff is good. Food is pathetic. Dont go for starters like pizza or french fries or paneer tikka or anything western. Simple tawa roti and daal would be the only thing that won't dissapoint you. In breads for something different, Amritsari kulcha is good too. Connectivity is also good, very close to market.

First of all just wanted to tell you guys don't go over looks of this hotel bcoz as per my opinion this is one of the best hotel available in Barnala in budget segment of less than 1.5 k per night. And tbh the rooms are quite spacious. Only set back they don't have restaurant in hotel premises although you can order food in your room. And the said midway restaurant is 5 min walk away from hotel. And lastly coming to service, I must say its quite prompt and polite. And in conclusion I would 100% recommend it to both business and leisure travellers who are on budget.
