Hotel Bahia Fort Bathinda

I'd booked two rooms on Nov 22nd 2024. The Hotel had a legacy in old days as the Vintage place but has lost all of it to bad service. My guests witnessed bad beddings, no fresh water supply in taps and lavatory and as promised no proper Breakfast was available while we paid extra for that. I've heard the Hotel has been sublet to some Contractor. Very bad service.

Old building with not enough upkeep. Services were extremely poor, a bottle of water took 40-50 minutes and multiple phone calls. Also, there was loud music blaring from their banquet halls till 3:30 am Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Old hotel definitely needs a revamp . Helpful staff , especially Akshay who helped change room - became the first one had lot of issues No doormat . Bathroom exhaust doesn't work . . it's a long list ! 😀.Staff tried their best to rectify . I had a nice simple breakfast . Outside of the building looks nice .

Good rooms, food is good but costly, so eating outside is better, service is slow but staff is excellent. Actually, even a few years ago I had noticed that the hotel was well maintained. But now, perhaps due to lack of customers, staff has been downsized leading to the response problem. Rent is reasonable. But the hotel, being a wee little bit away from the main road, people normally go for other hotels. Sometime back I would have recommended this hotel but now I would just say, check your room for all amenities being fully functional before checking in

Very very bad service provided by this hotel to their customers. The rooms that were provided to us were totally bad in condition. Whole bedsheet was spoilt by the blood spills. Room service was totally bad as everything ordered was delivered after half an hour. Food taste was also very bad. Especially rice we ordered were awful.

From outside the hotel looks quite impressive. Inside it is seriously run down, old and not very clean. Even the lock of my room door did not work properly. Breakfast also not so good. The only positive thing I can think of is that the hot water worked well.

Bahia fort , this place was once the formal home of the family of army of patiala and it was made into a hotel in the year of 1980. This is one of the best place to visit in bathinda. Here the rooms are very well made. The price of this hotel is quite expensive but the service is good but bathrooms are not in good condition. Although view from this hotel is amazing. That's why I recommend you this hotel is also related to historical site.the staff of this hotel is very supportive and cooperative. Food quality is medium not so good but not so bad also some improvement is also need this hotel
