Oveall the experience was above average if not the best. Firstly location is fine, and roof restaurant with water pool alongside is awesome with good staff. But once there is a rush, staff is over occupied and they even don't have time to cater everyone. Secondly wash bowlsa are a standard everywhere and it was not available here after we requested. So whats the point if after eating a fine dinner you have to walk to washroom to wash hands. Food was fine if not best, and vibes were positive.

Very poor service. They are only providing 500 ml water only. Their is no extra water & No water RO in hotel for refil bottle. Staff nature very rude & ask me MD sir ask to us their is no RO & No solution for customer. I said to for hair oil reply is out of stock.

The website doesn’t mention that the executive rooms will not have windows. It felt very claustrophobic and smelled really bad. The rooms weren’t cleaned everyday nor were the towels changed, we had to ask for soaps and other basic things. There was no hot water available any of the days we stayed. We had also paid everything online while making the booking but were asked to pay when checking in and when we were checking out and the staff didn’t even apologise for this even when clearly this was due to their system not being updated. Finally the hotel had provided one room key for each room and few of us were locked out couple of times. Would not recommend staying here.
