OYO 3509 Hotel Celebration

Positives: Neat and clean rooms(if you take it at ground floor), tasty food, nice staff. Negatives: They make fool of online bookers. They are given room on first floor or above saying rooms on ground floor are unavailable, which is always a lie. If you take room on first floor, cockroaches will stay with you. I had to shelve 500 extra to get ground floor room. Food service is slow. You would need to call them at least twice to get heard. Overall, ok kind of experience, but they should not deny ground floor rooms to online bookers just because they had got some discounts from the app.

I booked this hotel last minute. Being a solo woman traveling it was very important for me to find an affordable and safe place, and this place did just that. The manager was very helpful. He even arranged a driver for me to drop at Bus stand at odd hours. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the room i stayed had no window. The food was terrible though. I had ordered for sweet corn soup, and i got is soya sauce in some Chinese soup. I slept on a chocolate bar.||Its a new place and has a lot of scope for improvement.

The hotel is near Hanuman Chowk in Bhatinda. The access is from the back of the street. It also has a dedicated parking space in the back but I could not find any security for the night. The service was good and prompt. There is a restaurant downstairs which offers decent food. As is the case with OYO rooms (it is managed by OYO) the rooms were not clean. Stains visible on the bedsheet. The blanket was filthy which I asked to get changed. The second one I would say, the filth was not visible. Washrooms were clean but smelled real bad. Water in the taps was not clean and very hard and had a high salt content. But all this is to be expected from OYO. Rest of you need a place to sleep at night I would say it is decent enough.

This is a funky art inspired hotel. It definitely has a boutique hotel feel. We had room service and ate breakfast at the hotel and both meals were good quality. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My limited interactions with staff were all friendly. I would stay here again.

Good hotel at very convinient location in bhatinda. Surrounded by many other hotel, resturant and shops but it is still not a crowded place. Railway station is 15 min walking distance. The hotel is located on the main road and easily accesible. It has a veg resturant and sweet shop at the ground floor which serves very nice food. Hotel rooms are clean but they look shabby. Service is good and the people are polite. I booked the hotel directly and I got a better deal than ibibo. Good place to stay with family. (Please press the like button after reading this)

I loved the hotel. Experienced awesome service here. Staff is very good. Room was properly cleaned and was ready before arrival. Staff assisted very well. Hotel is at main road so easy to find out if you are not following Google map. Google map don't have it's actual location. Parking area was provided.

Great service, rooms, and hotel! Tou could spend a day just looking at the amazing art! The cocktail bar is really unique and they’re is a new restaurant getting ready to open downstairs. It’s a quick walk to car ride to anywhere.

I, with my another senior citizen friend, went to Bhatinda and stayed at Hotel Celebration ( near Hanuman Chowk) from 16th March to 18th March 2017 in room no. H6. In one word if I have to explain-the hotel looked “TIRED”. Wall paper in room was torn; they did not start AC in spite of our telling twice; TV set up box did not have fund balance, though they brought another set up box from other room but it also started malfunctioning in the early morning of 18th –again due to lack of fund balance. Food served in dinner looked stale. In fact we were the only guest in the dining hall. Second evening we went to some other place called Mani Dhaba, near Mehna Chowk for dinner. We enjoyed veg food at much lesser cost. Location of hotel was good and staff was helpful.-shekhar Dey
