OYO Flagship 29312 Hotel Royal's

The only good thing about this guest house is it's walkable distance from railway station. They charge extra for ac , geyser and other amenities. Door's lock was broken and wasn't working from outside, they didn't have rooms keys, rooms was a little bit dusty and small. Phone was not working cause of broken wire. Price was also too high.I don't recommend this hotel cause it doesn't suit Oyo standard. Thanks.

I booked hotel on OYO app. But receptionist refused to give room. He said that we give hotel to unmarried couple without OYO in spite of they mention "Couples are welcome" on OYO app. He wanted extra pay for the stay. Receptionist behave rudely even after we reached there after 5 hours travel. He has no sense of talking. He did not give no of his owner. I never ever visit there again. I was very disappointed with this hotel and OYO app. Oyo should reject these types of hotel.

Pathetic hotel. Room service is not good, more over if u use AC too much, they just switch of the lights from ther desk. No toiletry provided. No clean towels provided. This hotel situated in main bazar. So lots of noice is ter.phones r not workin, if u want any help u have to go to their desk. They have Provided breakfast once in 7 days.

Very very unprofessional staff n zero maintenance hotel zero service WiFi issue washroom o god.. I have only taken was room toilet pics room was even worst than this

One of the worst experience in OYO. Staffs are like keeping the change for tips without even asking, they don't care if it's 10rs, 20rs or 100rs, they'll keep the money and then again ask for the tip!

Dirty bedsheets. Broken bathrooms ac also not working and expensive. please try to avoid and find place.

0 for service and rooms. They didn't clean the rooms before check in even after so many reminders.
