OYO Dr Plaza

They are cheaters. Don’t go here. Seeing that booking is from OYO they will offer you the worst room making the excuse that rooms are not available though on can very much see rooms are available. When I said I will cancel and make some other booking, the receptionist said that that will incur cancellation charges and instead he will put me in no show so that I can get full refund. I agreed. Now as I have been put in no show, there has been no refund. Why a customer has to suffer?

My experience in this hotel or also maximum budget hotel in bathinda was not good or you can say very bad. First thing anyone come with family please don't stay because you feel uncomfortable and shameful.All hotels are full by couples young boys and girls not by married couples. They come and book hotels for 2-3 hours and do rom...... go after this. But in rooms very dirty smell.

The hotels ratings in Oyo app are given 4.5 out of 5 which are kind of fake. The hotel cleanliness is poor, commode in washroom was leaking on floor, taps were not shining, doors were too thin. The rooms were not sound proof , all the noise from outside was loudly audible. The staff was polite though.

Worst experience ever.. Not at all hygiene.. staffs are not cooperative.. the pics they posted and the original experience is vry vry bad... Dont opt this hotel.. pls.... and the area which the hotel is located is not at all hygiene.. poor experience.. They didnt even provided the basic things.. wastebin.. bucket.. etc ... nothing..... Ac was leaking.. walls also... ac have no cooling also... I dont know how people gave good ratings fr this hotel.. Bad experience ever.. genuinely saying pls don't opt this hotel ever

Staff was friendly but there was problem of cleanliness, people have written their name on walls with kajal and lipstick, spit marks on walls... Yukkkk, people should behave properly...

So good stay nice and co-operative staff , food and service is best. I wish to stay again here... Room and bathroom are clean and hygienic .. best experience ever

Just an OK experience . Good Enough to spend one night in emergency only because they were not able to give that quality of service more over it so noisy and disturbing surrounding when I visited there . Lack of professional room service and manager but still they tried there level hard to provide full facility as much as possible .

I've been asked to wait for 1 hour even though I've given prior information of the time of my arrival. The room, bedsheet, blanket, toilet were not cleaned and replaced . What's shown in their site and wat u really find there is totally different...
