Nayaab hotel

I am very disappointed by the hotel management behaviour. At the time of booking they will verbally fulfil all the conditions. But after paying the advance amount they won't fulfil their promises and ask money again and again for every service. I am very disappointed as first time I see such kind of service in hotel. Very very bad experience... This is the first and last experience I ever had in this hotel.

Hotel management don't know how to deal with their clients, they are in the Hospitality sector but don't know the basics of hospitality. They will back out from their commitment and ask additional charges again and again. Very disappointed....
