The Oasis Hotel

This review is specifically for the family restaurant at the back. I visited here with family in December. It was cold as hell, no heating. Pretty dim lights. No music. Delay in service. The food was terrible too. The tandoori chicken wasn’t fresh I can tell that for sure. I was vomiting whole night. Please be aware if you are visiting their family restaurant. Think twice / thrice.

The staff sitting at cash counter was very rude. He behaved very rudely with us. We had a bad experience with oasis staff. We recommend the owner to teach the staff some good manners.

One of the best places to eat in Garhshankar. Everyone is amazing in the management and staff. Food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Enough parking and other facilities available like rooms, hall for bigger events. Perfect place for everything under one roof.

Everything is nice. Staff behavior is really nice but a little delay in service but otherwise nice . Good family restaurant

Good place, there are some shops around. It's at the end of the market opposite to platinum. Plenty of space.

Nice place for family groups but few improvement are required. Specially from staff side, as staff behaviour was not rude but there was lack of hospitality and that welcome feeling was not there. Rooms were okay but too congested and very close same is for the stairs. On the Way from room to Hall downstairs you have to come outside and in harsh weather as in summer, extreme winters and specially in rainy season it's very annoying. Overall it was above average but not excellent. Still for the particular town it good.

First of all, Garhshankar is a small town where people seldom get out to enjoy meals with the family. All that people expect is quality of food for the price we pay.. Pathetic Food quality, hygiene, ambience.. It was a bday Eve but totally ruined. Please don't visit this place
