Hotel MM Castle

The maintenance team is not doing their job properly, this is really a great property. Location and the ambiance will get 9/10. But sadly the property is in wrong hands, wooden floor are sticky, bathrooms are slippery, water licking constantly, shower is not working. Restaurant is superbly maintained and only focus area. This can be the best hotel but the front desk team need to be active towards customers. The price should be not more than Rs2000 for solo stay

The bathrooms have no ventilation, so the entire space gets soaking wet after a shower. The rooms have no fresh air circulation and have mold. The bed sheets and pillowcases had hair on them, so we had to ask for fresh ones, which also had stains. The floor was dirty. Overall, staying at this place for two nights was disgusting, but we had to stay as we were attending a wedding.

We had a engagement party of my brother. The hall was beautifully decorated and spacious enough to accommodate 100-120 pax. The service of waitors was very quick and responsive. The food was finger lickingly delicious. The location of property was on main bypass road to Amritsar. Hotel has ample parking facility available in front of premises. Staff was very nice and helpful. Meals were mostly served on table and they listen to the needs of consumer. Rooms were also available on booking. Highly recommended to arrange parties 🙂. Washrooms were very tidy and clean.

Rooms and Washrooms are good with proper hygiene but the timing of breakfast is too late (8:00 am)and they said when chef comes then we will ready ur breakfast. There is no buffet also because of less rooms and number of dishes are really less.

Only the Ambiance is nice, the food is Not up to the mark and also the staff is also not so professional.They have kept the prices quite high which doesn't come up to the quality of food. The table on which were sitting was full of dust. I had a lot of expectations with resturant , but it all ruined the whole mood.

This Hotel is way too good in Gurdaspur / Pathankot area I personally love this hotel a lot bcz of its food quality and quantity. Nice ambience, and amazing service We had our families get together Staff was so polite and food was finger licking .Even they don’t compromise in Quantity as well 😎Ambience is picturesque, u will get good photographs clicked there 🥰Best best hotel !! Keep the good work up !

service very slow . you are looking for manager all the time for food service. they charge you full ( expensive ) but give less dishes . Not come again 👎 in Basement lots of stairs not for old age people
