We stayed in the first week of February. The stay and the food was pathetic. No housekeeping facility. Hospitality was very poor. Washrooms were leaking 24/7 and were very dirty. The entire hotel was stinking. Do not go by Google photos. Completely unsafe for elderly and women. The entire hotel is a fraud. Not recommended for decent families.

The maintenance team is not doing their job properly, this is really a great property. Location and the ambiance will get 9/10. But sadly the property is in wrong hands, wooden floor are sticky, bathrooms are slippery, water licking constantly, shower is not working. Restaurant is superbly maintained and only focus area. This can be the best hotel but the front desk team need to be active towards customers. The price should be not more than Rs2000 for solo stay

The bathrooms have no ventilation, so the entire space gets soaking wet after a shower. The rooms have no fresh air circulation and have mold. The bed sheets and pillowcases had hair on them, so we had to ask for fresh ones, which also had stains. The floor was dirty. Overall, staying at this place for two nights was disgusting, but we had to stay as we were attending a wedding.

MM Castle is a Hotel and Restaurant, Subway is also there. Service is good. I visited again today on dated 10-02-2025. Ordered Lachha parantha and rara chicken, but it was not good Lachha parantha was just like simple chapati.
