Hotel Royal Plaaza

I visited this place with my family to celebrate my niece’s birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow—we had to repeat our orders two or three times, and even then, some items were never brought to us. This caused a lot of frustration during what was supposed to be a special occasion. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this place to anyone.

The amenities were also a hit, especially the elegant ballroom where we held the party and the comfortable accommodations for out-of-town guests. Hoshiarpur city has many hotels but outside the city only 2 are available. Hotel Royal Plaza, A good one to stay there with the best services. A little bit of service needs to improve in the area of the restaurant, usually I visited there for dinner and found lack of service, delays to serve food and other service. The taste is good, the infrastructure is also good, outside sitting is also very enjoyable. Rooms are bigger and well maintained,neat and clean. Good to have memberships which cost nothing in comparison to discounts and offers.

Service is very delayed. For breakfast wait time for 30 min for buffet. Today kher is giving foul smelling. When informed to dinning hall incharge he replied that he has not made it , it is made by chef. Roude behaviour.

Location of hotel and ambiance around dining area is of the utmost standard . Five star rating for food and Service . Hotel Management is lucky enough to have super amazing staff on ground . Highly recommended for family get togethers … kudos to team , keep rocking “Hotel Royal Plaza”
