Over charging guests for Drinks and service charges. if gusst is paying alcohol charges why water and soda is being charged. even service charges are billed forced to pay service charges included in final. when asked for reason was given "In Hoshiarpur all are charging extra for Water and Soda* for drinks. Even Service charges. Pathaic service. Not recommended to visit.

We booked the Kitty Hall at Presidency Hotel for our party, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. When we arrived on time, the hall had no power, and to our surprise, the generator wasn’t working either. Staff assured us it would be fixed within 10 minutes, but an hour later, there was still no resolution. This wasn’t just a technical glitch – it was clearly due to a lack of maintenance. Our party was completely ruined because of this, and the poor management was apparent. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this Hotel.

They even don’t deserve one star. I booked this hotel for my marriage and what they did was very bad. Decoration was too bad. Even they took all the money before our function. Mr. Rohit who is the second owner and so called manager of this hotel was to polite before the payment and promised us everything will be so good. The food was cold. Even my in laws told his staff for the things but they ignored everyone. We called Mr. Rohit and their manager they were not responding. Logo ko bewkoof bnate hai. Inki wajah se aapki image life time ke liye in laws me kharab ho jayegi. Even ke aapne bohat sare paise diye ho inko but ye log ghatiya cheezein kr k aapki image khraab kr denge. Please do not book this hotel for the marriages otherwise you will feel embarrassed in front of other people.

Hotel Presidency is conveniently located on the main road, close to the Hoshiarpur bus stand and near the Sonalika Tractors factory. The hotel maintains good cleanliness standards. Complimentary breakfast is provided in the morning, with a limited selection of items including veg sandwiches, various roti options, one suji, cut fruits, curd, coffee/tea, and flavored juice. It would be helpful for the hotel to display the daily menu, making it easier for customers to choose their preferences. Additionally, independent beds for double occupancy are not available, which could be a consideration for some guests.

housekeeping took 4 calls and 3 hours to arrive. the room I stayed in had a blocked window so no sunlight was there and very damp feeling in the room. shower handle broken.

Worst service provided by this hotel . They are just there to take your money . Don't book your wedding here , poor decoration , poor bedi arrangement . They will charge you a lot for your decoration and nothing of such will be provided at your wedding . They don't provide service at night . Managers are rude as well

Hotel is in prime location but the behavior of the receptionist is very unprofessional. They don't know how to talk with the clients. Sahil receptionist is very much unprofessional. He don't know how to treat with the customer. Need to be polite and perfossional.
