The worst and the most dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, mould everywhere, dirty bedsheets had to ask staff to change them while i was standing there. I left after a few hours. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Worst experience, unnecessary rules, they ask advance payment during check IN, no matter for how long u will stay, even guy on reception force u to follow their rules. Their rooms were just ok, not that much clean, even toilet seats r totally unsatisfied, no lock inside toilets. Instead of providing service they focused on outer beauty of hotel. Be very alert specially while u are booking online.

The room service was fantastic. The staff member treated me and my family so well. I felt I'm living in my own house the way they treated us. This was one of the best hotel I've visited so far.

I called them for 2 days stay with 2 room as per the price showing on Google. They said they do not take customer on the basis of Google listings. There price is 1500 Rs

It was just okay. Dont believe on reviews, they reviewed their own hotel by taking the customer device at the time of checkin or checkout. LOL😅. Improve your services customer will give reviews accordingly.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for a total of 4days and we had a safe and pleasant stay. I would like to personally commend Guru the manager for being very accomodating and professional , when we requested for something he will always say. "I WILL PROVIDE" and he did!!...If you are looking for a safe hotel in jalandhar i would really recommend this hotel. :)
