OYO Flagship 18570 Hotel Jazz

I booked AC room through OYO. Upon reaching hotel they offered non-AC room and asked extra money for AC room. I had to give because had no nearby option. Dishonesty is the policy of this hotel.

Bad hotel, dirty rooms, poor dealing they have nothing in their rooms not even almirah 937 is tpo muvh for these rooms also they are not believable never book them for family functions as they don't care about guests they jus want money and even after you give them more than they deserve still they keep on sayingthat we are at loss. Despite booking full floor they had given the rooms to other guests and i had to loose face in front of my guests they are lucky that i am not reporting them to oyo. Worst hotel ever. I want to put pics which i took from their hotel but unfortunately i can't put them here.

Room was good but the electricity boards are not in proper condition. Only one board was working others are broken.

Worst experience. Ordered food not rcd after long waiting of 2 hrs, no courtesy to inform even Charging points not working Bathroom & room dirty Phone not connecting to room service no. Bathroom layout - cold and hot waters away.

Its a nice couple friendly / family hotel. It is opened 24×7. The owner is very nice. It is near GNDU campus (Ladhewali area). Rooms are good and are not even expensive, prices are economic.

Please don't go there. First of all they will charge very much for room . Secondly, their rooms are not properly clean and they not maintained hygiene. Worst thing is, they switch off their AC and electricity to save money and to get less bill. Personally telling u guyz please don't go there.

This is not a hotel. Just like a dharamshala, no electricity, charges like deluxe rooms very bad bed sheets nd blankets. I want to be rate a big ZERO to this hotel. Very worst place.

The pictures of the hotel online aren't at all what they look like. The place is unhygienic and most basic amenities are lacking. I wonder how they got the oyo licence in the first place!!! Very disgruntled as a guest.
