FabHotel The Dreams - Hotel in Kharar, Mohali

Please avoid if you can. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. Bathroom was unclean and unkept. They don't even provide water in the room and charge separately for it. You have to ask for towel and toiletries. Seems like a theka owner has entered the hotel business and knows nothing about hospitality.

**Not recommended One of my poor staycation experiences. I had to struggled a lot for basic services like water & WiFi. In my 2 days stay I have to wait for water to reach my washroom tap every morning no WiFi service available in the hotel but while booking they showed all the facilities in the book my show. During rainy days the location becomes a nightmare for people who are going by their car. Staffs & foods are good overall but water scarcity problem is something to think about.

It was really good the roof top view and the hospitality was so overwhelmed. The staff was also so nice and so pleasing. Service was also really fast and food was just yum. Only drawback was that it close at sharp 12:00 am but must visit

The hotel is a good option if u r looking for cheap stay and good value rooms... The food served here is great and the owner is friendly. The location is a bit inside but it has a proper parking facility.

Staff was so immature that they disturbed us whole night They must trained Rooms were hell small, even when i booked a premium room There was no kettle, no table, no geyser in the room but yes there were so many of mosquitoes inside room Even the blankets were so dirty

Not a family hotel, service c class, rats on the roof at midnight lots of noise coming from ceilings, very unpleasant stay, rooms are not matching with the images that are there posted online. Not even matched a single bit.
