I booked delux room but the room i got was so small with no ventilation. When i asked for the watet bottle i kept waiting for 30 mins and after they said the bottle is finished and he also said we called you kn your room to inform that but i didn’t received any call and also then i asked them give me 2 glass of water they said they are sending in your room and again I waited for 1:30 half hours for that and also called them 3-4 times for the same and then they give me water in some random soda bottle which was sticking so much and the taste of water was horrible

Very bad room and location. Its in a street walking 300 meters. They do not give any service free. Drinking water you have to buy a bottle. They give 10×10 room for 1400 which is to high according there room quality. My room door handle brocken room walls having moisture. In room no TV LED for entertainment hahaha. If it's not booked by company I should not check in this hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was rude especially the boy on the counter who made us feel unwelcome. The room was far from clean and to our horrror we found cockroaches crawling on our bed I do not recommend staying here.

It was a very bad experience. There was ants everywhere even on the bed as well. Room is very small. After every 2 hours they are knocking the doors. Water is coming from AC on the floor. Phone is not working. Left were not there

Everything is Great.Clean property,.Maneger behaviour is vnice, thanks to Manageing team or service staff ..Really helpful staff for guide.Great food taste.Thanks To Manager or their staff..

I really liked the place. The room was nice but there were no towels nor toothbrushes in the bathroom. Other thant that, everything was great.

I stayed here and that was my worst experience, staff is not good. Room condition is very bad there were no maintenance of room.

Cleaning is very poor, the hotel is under staff, I found in my booked room that in the attached bath cum toilet water not coming in flush tank. The photos of the hotel are misleading, do not pay any attention to them, the walls and ceiling of the hotel are damp, the rooms are very small, if someone elderly or sick is accompanying you then do not book this hotel at all as there is no lift here, the room service is very bad, the plots nearby are vacant where cars are parked, I do not know how many stars to give it, staying here was not enjoyable. This is my experience which I am sharing with you. The location of the hotel is good, there are many good restaurants nearby but there is nothing worth seeing. The hotel can be made better by providing good service and by repairing the walls and ceilings and by making proper arrangement of water. But the management has probably stopped thinking about this.
