All the five star reviews for this hotels seem FAKE! You must book this hotel if - 1. You don't like running water in water taps of your rooms 2. If you want ownership of starting and switching off water motor every morning and evening, else there will be no water and no one will care 3. If you like dealing with supremely selfish, lazy and careless people 4. If you do not like clean bedsheets or towels. 5. If you like using same bedsheet and blanket that earlier guests used 6. If you are ok not having wifi in your room ( inspite of having it promised upfront ) 7. If you like noise ( especially on first floor ) , since the receptionist likes to speak loudly over phone ( personal calls ) the entire day! 8. If you love smoky smell 9. If you like to stay at a place where there is no ventilation ... The list goes on.... We booked the place 1 month in advance for a week, by paying 50% amount in advance. We agreed for early check in ( 6 AM ) and agreed to pay extra for it. The place owner / manager assured that it is not needed and we will get room. Our flight was reaching early in the morning. We called him up one day prior to reaching as well to remind him. The nightmare started when reached at 6.30 AM and the owner just refused to give room since he overbooked. He casually laughed and said, he felt that we are coming late afternoon! We were promised to get room by 9 AM, so we waited on the stairs, no one offered even place to freshen up.9 AM, promised moved to 10, then 11 and so on. We got the room by 2 PM! Inspite of speaking over phone and mentioning that we need wifi, since its long stay and working days for us, there was no wifi. We were getting hollow promises that the router will be set up in next 1 hour ( BTW it did not get set up for entire week! ) One towel was provided for family of 3, no bedsheet on bed. When asked for towel, we were told that they only provide one towel and they don't have extra towel. We were asked to reuse bedsheet and blanket used by previous guest. When we refused and asked for clean one , they started throwing tantrums at us. We were about to leave midway, inspite of paying upfront. But again we were told that our room will be moved to other better room by 2 PM on second day. On the day of movement, we were told that that room is now booked by some other person and we will have to carry on in the same room. The tap water was slow stream, the housekeeper checked and asked us to tell owner, to get plumber. The plumber never came. We were there for skating tournament. Rest of our group left after 3 days, but our tournament had started, we did not want to go through another hassel. When other group left, the receptionist started pushing us to change rooms again. When we explained it is not practical, since our schedule was tight and our kid needed rest, it was not taken well. The reception guy used to be either high or sleepy all the time. Many unmarried one-nighters were coming in hotel. if you are travelling with family, this place is NO GO!

Even though we had booked a month in advance paying full amount for 2rooms for 2 days, we were denied check in -at 7pm citing non availability of rooms. My elderly mother and young daughter too were with me. We waited, in vain, there till about 10:30,pm trying to contact OYO customer service. Then were forced to book in another hotel at our own expense. In chats Oyo has promised to refund the whole amount of Rs 6460.00, but I am yet to receive the refund. I was visiting Mohali for my daughter's admission at IISER. Same issue was there for at least 5 other students family'who came for same admission. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE BANNED OR BLACKLISTED.! ITS PURE HARRASSMENT! It's our first trip here, so we are not familiar with anything here. The hotel people seemed angry that we had paid directly to OYO . SO, my advice - even if you book OYO, DO NOT PAY BEFOREHAND.

Don't book with this hotel and don't book with Oyo. Hotel staff was very rude and misbehaved with me n my frens.They denied me to check in said we don't accept prepaid bookings. N asked me to cancel the booking and pay double price via cash. While Oyo people refused to refund my money. What customer will do.This Oyo is a big scam. Don't do booking through oyo.

Unclean Rooms, staff is highly unprofessional. Rooms have hundreds of insects, we have to leave our stay within 1 hour of stay. Requested staff to use some kind of pesticides / or relevant steps but no one cared.

Hotel was maintained nicely. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Bathrooms are hygienic as well.
